The region is blessed with rich forest, limestone panoramas, magnificent rice terraces and breathtaking scenery. Day 1 Hanoi - Pu Luong - Ban Sai – Hang (L, D)
After breakfast we depart Hanoi for Pu Luong Natural Reserve. This scenic drive takes around four hours. Along the way we pass fields of tapioca and sugar cane as well as rice paddies. Following lunch in Ban Sai village we drive further into the reserve where we begin our trek. We trek for approximately three hours before arriving at the Thai village of Hang. We spend the night with a local Thai family who will be our hosts in a traditional house built on stilts. Whilst enjoying their hospitality we will discover more about their lives and culture.

Day 2 Hang village – Sai Village (B, L,D)
In the morning you will have the opportunity to stroll around Hang village before we start trekking. Today we will be walking for approximately five hours. Along the way we pass through several Thai villages before arriving at the village of Sai, another Thai community. Here we will spend our second night in a typical Thai stilt house.

Day 3 Sai Village - Hoa Binh - Hanoi
After strolling around Sai village, we return to Hanoi. On the way back we will stop at a Muong village, before continuing on to Hoa Binh town for lunch.

Breakfast - Each breakfast will be served in your home stay. Breakfast selections will be Vietnamese only

Lunch - Picnic lunches are normally arranged by our cook. At some of the meals will be severed in the home stay, and those meals will be cooked by local or our well trained staffs.
